This policy outlines our refund procedures for premium services and purchases.
1. Premium Services
Torque Prime offers premium features and subscriptions. All purchases are subject to this refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- The service was not delivered as described
- Technical issues prevented you from using the service
- Duplicate charges occurred
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Services used for more than 7 days
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial subscription periods
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Join our Discord Server
- Open a support ticket
- Provide your payment details and reason for refund
- Wait for our team to review your request (1-3 business days)
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent ban from all Torque Prime services.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
